Charitable Work

Catholic Social Teaching is our moral compass, guiding us on how to live out our faith in the world. Our faith calls us to love God and to love our neighbours in every situation, especially our sisters and brothers living in poverty. Following in the footsteps of Christ, we hope to make present in our unjust and broken world, the justice, love and peace of God.

We support charities such as CAFOD, Emmanuel House, St Ann’s Food Bank and others focusing on the need to help God’s family in other places.

During the Harvest Season, our families very generously sent in food, which was donated, to the St Ann’s Food Bank in November.

Many families contributed to the Christmas Shoebox appeal with wonderful gifts for underprivileged children. The gift boxes were taken to a local collection centre in December.
